About the role
We are looking for a Piping Installation Trainer to strengthen our Training Team. Join us on our mission to protect what matters most!
As a Piping Installation Trainer, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing piping installation training events for our internal and external partners. You’ll execute the trainings at Marioff’s headquarters or at a customer site (traveling includes domestic and international destinations). You will make sure the participants will learn the work phases related to piping installation, how to read, interpret and comment on piping drawings. We are primarily using cutting ring connections up to Ø38 mm piping and flare connections on bigger pipes.
As part of the Training Team you will be participating in process development and implementation projects. You will work with Marioff employees, our subsidiaries and external contractors. You’ll be working in a team of four that has passion for training and customers, excellent spirit and close cooperation.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinating and execute piping installation training events in Halo, Vantaa and occasionally off-site, either in Finland or abroad. The experience level of the participants will range from beginner to a seasoned installer. You will also be training site supervisors/inspectors
- Further develop the existing training material including the installation manuals.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in piping installation and site management
- Capability to read isometric and coordination drawings
- Ability to transmit your knowledge and experience to the participants
- Good communication abilities with strong English knowledge
- Good analytic skills, customer-oriented mindset
- Good working skills on MS office tools
- Willingness to travel and perform occasionally part-time site supervision in Finland and abroad
Considered as an advantage:
- Finnish language knowledge
- Experience with sprinkler/high-pressure/hydraulic piping system installation/site management
- Related educational background
- Have a hands-on attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn at a fast pace
- Have facilitation skills
- Have curiosity and passion for learning, staying up-to-date with the latest trends/technologies in the field
- Have experience in various installation sites and environments
