Responsibilities
Your Role: Quality Manager
As our new Quality Manager,
you will drive, implement, and maintain food safety and quality systems across JHB’s Finnish operations.
This is a hands-on role that combines operational quality assurance with strategic development.
You will:

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies

Lead and develop QA processes and quality controls

Drive quality-related projects aligned with company strategy

Work closely with cross-functional teams across production, procurement, logistics, and more

Be an active part of a Nordic quality team of seven experts

Report directly to the Quality Director
Your workplace will be at our modern facilities in Kuussillantie and Kivipyykintie.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety and quality management

Fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish is an advantage)
