Reception Manager
Oversee daily front desk and reception operations.
Supervise, train, and schedule reception staff.
Ensure exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stay.
Work within the team on daily tasks with flexible hours and days.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor room assignments, requests, and reservations.
Ensure accurate handling of guest accounts, billing, cash, and payment processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, promotions, and local attractions.
Enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction scores and service quality.
Ensure smooth and efficient communication and cooperation with other departments.
