**What You'll Do**
**Customer & Account Support**
- Support and develop an assigned portfolio of distributors across EMEA territories
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions alongside senior colleagues
**Business Development**
- Assist with identifying new business opportunities and prospects within assigned territories
- Prepare quotations, RFQs, and tender documentation under guidance
- Support prospecting activities, new distributors, projects, and applications
**Technical & Commercial Support**
- Support distributors and the sales team in selecting the right products and solutions
- Assist with cost calculations and sales forecasting
- Collect and share market and customer feedback with the Sales team
**Reporting & Collaboration**
- Maintain accurate date records and sales documentation
- Prepare and submit sales reports on time
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, product development, and internal teams
- Represent Robit professionally at trade shows and industry events
- International travel across EMEA - the role includes traveling to customer and distributor sites across the region. As the role develops towards more senior, international travel becomes a core and substantial part of the job.
**Who You Are**

- **A Talent:** A recent graduate or early-career professional in engineering, business, or a related field - or someone with a strong interest in drilling applications developed through your studies
- **Experienced enough:** You've picked up some practical experience through internships, summer jobs, or study projects
- **International-minded:** You're comfortable in international environments and can manage multiple tasks in parallel
- **A strong communicator:** You work well with different stakeholders and know how to adapt your style
- **Driven & curious:** You're solution-oriented, proactive about learning, and motivated to grow as a specialist
- **Independent but collaborative:** You can prioritise and take ownership - and you're not afraid to ask for help when you need it
