We are looking for an experienced SAP Data & Analytics Consultant to join our fun-loving bunch!
What is the job like, really? 🤔
You'll be part of our Data, Analytics & AI team, working closely with senior architects, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional delivery teams to build high‑quality data models, integrations, and dashboards using SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
You'll work with meaningful analytics initiatives that drive our customers' decision-making and business performance, while growing professionally toward architecture, advisory, or presales roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development, problem-solving, and working directly with end users to deliver reliable and user-friendly analytics solutions, and help customers modernize their reporting landscape and adopt best practices across SAP's data ecosystem.
Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities:
☘️ Build and develop analytics solutions using SAP BW (BW on HANA and BW/4HANA), SAP HANA, and SAP Datasphere
☘️ Create reports and dashboards with SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI
☘️ Design and develop data models and data extraction in S/4HANA
☘️ Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability
☘️ Work closely with business teams and senior architects to turn reporting needs into practical solutions
☘️ Contribute to workshops, presales activities, and continuous improvement of data processes
What are we looking for?
We don't expect you to be a unicorn, but the more you know about the following, the better:
🎯 Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and related technologies such as SAP HANA modelling, ABAP CDS, and SQL-based modelling
🎯 Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to build solutions that genuinely help users
🎯 Motivation to grow toward advisory, architecture, or presales responsibilities over time
🎯 Experience working in Agile, or similar delivery models
🎯 Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in English and Finnish.
Seen as an advantage:
💯 Practical skills in SAP Analytics Cloud (stories, models, planning concepts)
💯 Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling, dashboards)
💯 Experience with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
