We are now looking for Senior Scientist to join our Immunotechnology team.
As a Senior Scientist, you will play a critical role in creating innovative solutions for the diagnostic and pre-clinical therapeutic industries. Your expertise will drive the development of scalable, high-quality antibody reagents that support rapid, accurate, and cost-effective diagnostic tools. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate novel antibody technologies into real-world applications, contributing to advancements in healthcare, drug monitoring, and biomarker detection.
Our team, Immunotechnology, specializes in the isolation, production, purification and characterization of recombinant antibodies and developing novel immunoassays. Our work includes creating innovative antibody-based solutions for diagnostics, pre-clinical therapeutics, and rapid testing platforms. By advancing technologies such as antibody discovery and engineering, high-yield production, and assay development, the team enables faster, more accurate, and cost-effective diagnostic tools for healthcare and industry.

As Senior Scientist, you will:
- Bing your strategic mindset, advanced knowledge and previous expertise in Immunotechnology to the daily operations of our team.
- Lead projects, participate in project execution and prepare competitive project proposals.
- Establish and maintain effective collaborations with selected customers and other research partners to ensure successful cooperation.
- Co-operate with Sales and follow up the scientific literature to stay up to date with the industry needs and latest advancements in the field.
- Apply the existing technologies as well as design novel innovative solutions to address the current and future needs of the industry.
- Use your advanced skills in English to write research proposals and reports and to communicate the results to various audiences.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biology or a closely related field followed by several years of expertise in applied research, industry, or academia.
- You have proven success in preparing competitive research project proposals as well as leading demanding projects.
- Expertise in protein-protein and protein-hapten binder design, antibody engineering, sequence analyses and library technologies using also state of the art computational tools will be considered as an advantage.
- Collaboration, adaptability, and critical thinking are required to enhance the ability to innovate and solve complex challenges together with our research partners.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both in written and spoken
