Would you like to build a digital workplace people actually love using? If that sounds like you, we’re now hiring a Service DevOps Lead to lead and develop our Workplace service. In this role you will design, deliver and continuously improve our digital workplace environment. You own services like end-user devices, Microsoft 365, meeting rooms, collaboration and communication tools, software distribution, asset management, and overall reliability of workplace IT services. If you get this role right, employees stop thinking about IT. Meetings start on time. Devices just work. Software shows up when needed. Collaboration feels effortless.
What you’ll get to do:
· Own the end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap for workplace services. From strategy to daily performance
· Shape service strategies for devices, collaboration tools, communication platforms, and modern workplace capabilities
· Lead device lifecycle from procurement to retirement. Standard configurations and software delivery at scale
· Ensure asset and inventory accuracy in cooperation with partners
· Govern telephony, unified communications, and meeting room technology environments
· Ensure reliable performance and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform
· Drive DevOps practices, proactive monitoring, operational excellence and shift-left
· Identify and implement automation opportunities in endpoint management and software deployment
· Pilot and scale AI-driven solutions that boost productivity, efficiency and employee experience
· Own vendor governance. SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, service reviews, performance management and contract discussions
· Own the numbers. Budget planning, forecasting, business cases, cost optimization, transparency and accountability
· Be the main point of contact for workplace technologies. Communicate releases, changes, and roadmaps clearly
· Jump into daily operational topics when it matters
You are a strong match if you have
· Deep expertise in endpoint management. Intune, SCCM, JAMF. And the confidence to standardize and scale
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, AV and meeting room tech, telephony, and automation
· ITSM and service governance know-how. Ideally ITIL aligned. Plus asset management and cybersecurity basics
· Proven experience running outsourced or multi-vendor services in an international environment
· A real automation and AI mindset. You turn emerging tech into practical, scalable services
· Strong communication in English and a data-driven way of working
· Typically 10+ years in workplace technology. 5+ years managing outsourced operations
In this role you’ll take ownership of a service that people rely on every single day, making your impact both immediate and highly visible. You’ll have the freedom to modernize in a meaningful way, working with DevOps practices, automation, and AI instead of just producing slide decks. And you’ll do all of this in an international environment with real scale and complexity, supported by talented teams and strong partners.
