Site Admin

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Site Admin to support our client's Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Ensure that all documentation complies with our standard Integrated Management System documentation
* Ensure that project documentation is notified/received by the relevant people involved in the project
* Manage the project documentation, ensuring that all parties have access to the required documents, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs (Request for Information) and reports
* Maintain and updated record of all documents

Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar site-based role desired
* Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
* High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience of knowledge sharing applications is considered as an advantage
* Verbal and written English skills
