Would you like to be a new member of the Marketing & Communications team?

 

Are you a creative student looking to learn more about a company's marketing and communication practices and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a Communications Summer Trainee to join our team and support diverse communication activities across multiple channels.

 

As the Communications Summer Trainee, you will have a lot of variety in your daytoday work. Your tasks will include:

 

  • Assisting in the development and execution of communication plans and campaigns across various channels (internal channels, social media, email, web, etc.).
  • Creating and editing internal and external communications content, including intranet articles, newsletters, social media posts, blog texts, and other materials.
  • Supporting the coordination and communication of internal events and initiatives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on communication activities and channel performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborating with the digital content producer to create visually appealing communication materials and graphics.
  • Maintaining and updating internal channels and external platforms such as the company website and social media profiles.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas to various marketing & communication projects.

 

The location of this traineeship is in Salo, with a possibility for a hybrid work model.

 

We hope you have:

 

  • Recent degree or ongoing bachelor's or master's studies in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration 
  • Some experience in copywriting, content management, and social media  
  • Fluent spoken and written English is required, Finnish language skills are seen as a plus
  • Great teamworking skills
