Summer Trainee, Customer Experience

imucube is a game-changer in the world of sim racing and simulators. Here in Hervanta, Tampere, our team of 60 professionals creates products known for their top performance and high quality.

We're now looking for a Summer Trainee to join our growing and exciting Commercial team in Customer Experience! 

Whether you're passionate about customer service, e-commerce operations, or ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with our products, we want to hear from you. You'll work hands-on with real customer interactions and operations alongside our experienced team for summer 2026, supporting sim racing enthusiasts and professional drivers worldwide. 

 

The role in a nutshell 

  • This is a summer training position starting around May/June 2026 

  • The salary range is approximately 2200-2700€/month, depending on your stage of studies 

  • This is a full-time position based in Hervanta, Tampere 

  • You must be an active student during the summer

Your responsibilities will include 

  • Customer service – helping our customers with inquiries and ensuring they have a great experience 

  • Brand store support – managing orders, coordinating shipping, and keeping operations running smoothly 

  • Product returns – handling return processes efficiently and professionally 

  • Warranty repair logistics – coordinating the logistical side of warranty repairs 

We're seeking someone who: 

  • Enjoys helping people and solving problems 

  • Is detail-oriented and organized 

  • Communicates clearly in English  

  • Can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 

  • Is comfortable working with e-commerce systems and digital tools
