Summer Trainee, Enterprise Architecture Communication channels
We are looking for a motivated summer trainee to join our Enterprise Architecture (EA) team in Espoo, Finland. The Enterprise Architecture team creates the big-picture blueprint that connects business strategy with technology solutions. We guide decisions, set standards, and design future-ready architectures to keep our IT landscape efficient, secure, and innovative. In short, we make sure the right technologies work together to drive the business forward.
We are looking for a Trainee to re-design our Enterprise Architecture communication channels. You will work at the intersection of collaboration platforms and AI innovation, helping us build digital solutions that make architecture knowledge accessible and actionable.
What you will do

Plan, design and build the EA communication channels, like SharePoint, Confluence and Viva Engage, as a central hub for architecture content and resources.

Create and organize EA-related content for easy access and usability.

Develop an AI-powered EA Copilot agent using Copilot Studio that can:

Fetch and combine EA content from multiple sources.

Answer EA-related questions for stakeholders.

Design and develop a PowerBI dashboard to visualize the EA KPI's.

Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to understand EA concepts and ensure content accuracy.
We expect you to work 3 days a week from the Espoo office. We are looking for a student with ongoing studies to work for 4 months between May and September 2026, based on availability and preference.
You should have:

Interest in Enterprise Architecture concepts and digital workplace solutions.

Basic understanding of SharePoint, Power Platform and PowerBI and/or willingness to learn.

Curiosity about AI technologies and conversational agents.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
