We are now looking for a
Summer Trainee, Software Developer
to join our Embedded Linux Platform team. Our platform supports a growing portfolio of cloud‑connected on‑site devices. Development teams in Finland and across the globe are responsible for creating and maintaining the core services that enable connectivity, maintenance, networking, communication, device enrollment, lift operation, and fault management.
We operate through multiple agile teams and follow modern engineering practices, including AI‑assisted development, continuous integration, code reviews, and automated testing. The position is based in Hyvinkää, Finland, though the majority of our work is carried out remotely.
We are looking for:
a student nearing the completion of their studies, previous work experience is a bonus. We hope the successful candidate could work for 3-4 months during summer 2026, based on availability and preference.
In this role you'll get exposure to all facets of development and systems engineering within a team of seasoned professionals. What area you work in depends on you and your interests. All we hope is you challenge us and bring us a fresh perspective.
To be successful in this role:
- You have C++, Python and bash skills.
