Project Management Office (PMO) Summer Trainee
- Tasks:
- Supporting Project Managers: Assist project managers, especially during summer holidays, with project progress monitoring, customer communication, and hosting customer inspections.
- Project Documentation: Support documentation specialists in preparing and sending documentation to customers. Participate in collecting and delivering final documentation.
- Preferred educational background: e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management or Mechanical Engineering
- Language requirements: Finnish and English

Product Design Engineering Summer Trainee
- Tasks: Prepare component drawings, production materials, and perform small-scale design tasks.
- Preferred educational background: e.g., Mechanical Engineering
Language requirements: Finnish and English

Quality Summer Trainee
- Tasks: Support quality engineers in daily quality tasks and participate in small development and research projects.
- Preferred educational background: e.g., Mechanical Engineering

Production Planning Summer Trainee
- Tasks: Assist sales and project coordinators with order processing, including order entry, invoicing, and heat exchanger shipments.
- Preferred educational background: e.g., Business Administration
Language requirements: Finnish and English

Production Technology Summer Trainee
- Tasks: Assist the maintenance development engineer with tasks such as maintaining and developing a new maintenance management system together with experts. You will also become familiar with Vahterus equipment, documentation, and equipment identification.
- Preferred educational background: e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Technology
- Language requirements: Finnish and English
- Location: Kalanti
Production Summer Trainee
- Tasks:
- Supervisor (two-shift work): Areas include welding, assembly, machining, pressure testing, and finishing.
- Development Engineer: Focus on developing production methods and tools.
- Preferred educational background: e.g., Mechanical and Production Engineering
- Language requirements: Finnish and English
- Location: Kalanti
Sales Summer Trainee
- Tasks: You Work in sales teams (energy or industrial refrigeration). Your tasks include heat exchanger sizing, customer communication, preparing quotations, and developing sales processes.
- Preferred educational background: e.g., Mechanical Engineering or Energy Technology
- Language requirements: Finnish and English
- Location: Raisio or Kalanti
Summer Trainee Period and Salary
- Summer jobs typically take place between May and September, with flexible start and end dates.
- Salary: Based on completed study credits (EUR 2,100-2,600/month).
