Trainee, PricingDevelopment
In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in globalpricing and sales operations as part of theNewBuildingSolutionsSales Operationsteam.
Your primary focus will be to participate in our pricing development program as well as support periodical reporting & analytics across pricing and sales domains. You will collaborate with local and international stakeholders also on other initiatives related to pricing, tendering, business analytics, and sales processes.
We are seeking a trainee to join our team for a six‑month period, starting in April or May 2026, depending on your availability. The role is full-time, mainly on-site at the Espoo office, with partial remote work option.
This trainee position is ideally suited to someone in or close to their final year of Master's degree studies, e.g. International Business, Sales, Business Analytics or Industrial Engineering & Management. You are welcome to apply also with another similar or relevant background.
Key tasks and responsibilities:

Participate in our pricing development program, which aims to improve value-based pricing implementation across our global organization. Tasks may include project coordination, price data analysis, guidelines design, template creation.

Power BI visual analytics dashboard development, for applications related to the pricing development program or sales & tendering.

Support with periodical reporting and analysis needs of data from CRM (Salesforce) & visual analytics (Power BI) sources.

Support in other agreed tasks in the domain of Sales Operations & Pricing Development, related to e.g. sales process, tendering and ordering, sales tools.
Qualifications and skills:

Master's degree student or recent graduate in International Business, Sales, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering & Management or another relevant field.

Solid analytical capabilities and ability to work with a vast amount of data and information in various formats.

Understanding sales, business, and pricing principles. Previous exposure is an advantage.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, advanced skills preferred.

Prior experience from Power BI report development, or equivalent capabilities. SQL, Python or PySpark knowledge is an advantage.

Prior experience coordinating or managing a project.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including capability to create informative & clear presentations and guidance materials with Office 365 tools.

Ability to work, collaborate, and communicate effectively with international and local stakeholders.

Full professional proficiency in English.
