As an Assembler, you'll work with electronics, vacuum, and pneumatics components — putting together technology that genuinely matters. You don't need years of experience to get started. What counts is your attention to detail, your curiosity, and your willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS

You'll be part of the assembly team at Bluefors, working hands-on with precision components in a clean, technical environment.

Assembling electronics, vacuum, and pneumatics components according to work instructions
Performing soldering tasks as part of the assembly process
Carrying out testing and quality checks on assembled components
Maintaining a tidy and organised workstation
Flagging any defects or deviations to ensure quality standards are met
Collaborating with colleagues in English as the shared working language

REQUIREMENTS

Hands-on technical skills and comfort working with tools
Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
A proactive, can-do attitude — you take initiative and see tasks through
Curiosity about new technologies and genuine interest in learning
Good English skills (working language)

Also, previous experience with assembly and soldering are seen as a strong benefit.

WHAT WE OFFER

Full-time work, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week — no weekend shifts to start
Day shift schedule, with the possibility of moving to a two-shift model
