We are looking for a Business Controller with a proactive can-do attitude to join our team. Convenient location for the role is Espoo, Finland.
As our Business Controller, you will be a vital member of our Finance team, and you will report to the Head of Business Control. One of the main tasks is to manage the calculation of bonuses and sales commissions and related reporting and communication. You are eager to develop and improve systems, and you will act as the main user of selected reporting and planning systems. You will also act as a finance business partner for designated functions and contribute to management reporting. You will play a key role in preparing analyses and providing insights to support decision making.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing the reporting of company’s incentive models, including accurate calculation of bonuses and sales team commissions based on targets and performance

Being the main user of group reporting and planning systems, including development of reporting tools and running the Finance BI workspace

Participating regularly in various board and management reporting tasks

Verifying up-to-date data and ensuring proper accounting for customer rebates

Acting as finance business partner for certain functions, with proactive cross-functional and cross-border collaboration

Performing ad-hoc analyses as needed and driving process improvement initiatives to support company growth and scalability

Contributing to upgrading our business intelligence and further utilization of the capabilities that modern technology provides
What you'll bring:

A few years of experience in controlling tasks (financial or business) in international companies, major audit or consulting companies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Proven technical capabilities in data utilization, AI, PowerBI, Excel
