E-commerce Category Sales Specialist, Home & Wolt

 

We are now looking for a

E-COMMERCE CATEGORY SALES SPECIALIST, HOME & WOLT

to join the brand new Digital Commerce unit. In this role you will support the Digital Commerce Sales Manager, Home & Wolt in driving sales, profitability, and customer experience for the Home & Wolt in digital commerce in omnichannel model in our three markets.


You can be located in either Finland, Latvia or Estonia.  

 

Where is your expertise needed?
 

As a Category Sales Specialist, Home & Wolt you will manage daily execution of campaigns, product data quality and site content, ensure smooth operations and commercially optimized category performance.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Execute and optimize campaigns and category activations according to commercial plan with agreed timelines and high quality 
  • Manage promotions, set up digital campaigns, and align content needs. Deliver post-campaign analysis and performance tracking
  • Drive actions to improve category conversion rates and sell-through%  
  • Manage product data accuracy, availability, and pricing in both online and Wolt systems 
  • Optimize category content (images, descriptions, SEO text) to drive conversion and reduce returns Track and report daily/weekly sales, GM%, stock, and return metrics 
  • Support in optimization of E2E process
  • Track and report daily/weekly sales, GM%, stock, and return metrics  
  • Track Wolt operations, flagging issues and opportunities for improvements 
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, AI discoverability, and search intent to maximize organic and agent-based visibility
  • Collaborate with Growth, Performance Marketing & SEO, Personalization to align category content (incl. newsletters) with campaigns 
  • Use insights to optimize assortment mix, promotional planning, and pricing decisions
  • Support outlet and own-brand activations in Home & Wolt 
  • Create & produce digitally optimized content using AI tools 
  • Optimize templates and content blocks on-site/in-app for personalization at scale 

 

What are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within eCommerce, online category management / assortment planning or omnichannel retail
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools, digital analytics (such as but not limited to): SFCC, Shopify or other ecommerce platforms, Google Analytics, PowerBI, PIM, DAM
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels

 

We also value:

  • Commercial mindset and sharpness - timing, campaigns, product appeal & trends, strong passion for home 
  • Experience in content management systems, A/B testing, CRM & personalization tools, and other digital solutions, such as Hubspot, Algonomy, SFCC Einstein
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making skills, strong excel capabilities, experience with data visualization and reporting
  • Strong growth hacking and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience 
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools and the ability to leverage them for content production at scale
  • Understanding of SEO & AI optimization

 

Other essentials:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and at least one of our local languages (Finnish, Latvian or Estonian)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with many stakeholders
  • Proactivity, self-driven initiative, and customer-centric problem-solving
