We are now looking for a motivated and talented
CHIEF INSTRUCTOR
to join our professional Safety Training team. Crew Training organization is a part of Finnair Flight Operations.
Your primary task is to ensure high quality safety, CRM and first aid training. You will organize, coordinate and supervise Safety, DGR, CRM, Security and First Aid training of all crew members. Your role includes producing training materials on digital learning platforms. Your role is focused, but not limited, on the office work and office hours.
You will work in co-operation with the other members in the Crew Training organization and report to Nominated Person Crew Training, Jouni Laaksonen.
Our expectations:

You hold or have held cabin crew attestation.

Minimum 3 years of experience working as cabin crew member.

Experience as a safety and CRM instructor is considered an advantage.

Knowledge and understanding of crew training concept; and interest in the regulation and standards of crew training (EASA, IOSA, company requirements).

Understanding of the Crew Resource Management concept.

Strong skills in Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint).

Knowledge on digital learning environments, experience from Workday system is considered an advantage.

Experience in utilizing AI tools (e.g. for productivity, analysis, or automation) is considered an advantage.

Good presentation and communication skills.
-
Strong teamwork, leadership and organizing skills.
-
Responsible, productive and active way of working with good resilience to changes.
