Condition Monitoring Engineer (Kunnonvalvontainsinööri)

About the role

We are looking for a Condition Monitoring Engineer to join our Generators Site Management team.

As a Condition Monitoring Engineer you will deliver maintenance and inspection projects to the customers as well as support the operations of the rest of the organization with your expertise. Your tasks include different inspections and measurements to power plant generators, high voltage motors and additional equipment. The reporting of the aforementioned services to the client is also a part of your duties. Within this role you will get to work with electrical condition monitoring measurements and, to some extent, mechanical service work within power plants. The tasks within the role can be tailored to some extent to the capabilities and aspirations of the chosen applicant.

The position is primarily located in Oulu.

What we are looking for

We expect you to have an electrical engineering degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.). We also expect you to have experience with electrical systems, electrical machinery and instrumentation. To succeed in this role you should have an extroverted, active way of working. A fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English is required to succeed in this role and other language skills are seen as beneficial. This role requires travelling within Finland and abroad, sometimes with short notice.
