The PwC Finland's Corporate Finance (CF) advisory team focuses on divestitures, acquisitions, valuations and financial analysis. We are leading midmarket M&A advisor in Finland and globally. Our team operates across all major industrial sectors and has the ability to draw upon the PwC's CF global network of more than 2900 M&A professionals and 1,700 valuation professionals across 60 countries to provide a breadth and depth unmatched by any other middle market firm.

This role is for you if:
- Have a proactive attitude and a passion for driving change and delivering results
- Enjoy working in teams, understand team dynamics, and contribute to a positive working environment
- You are in the final phase of your master's studies or have recently graduated, with a strong academic track record
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have a relevant educational background in business, such as finance, economics, accounting or industrial engineering and management, and a strong interest in M&A and finance
- Understand the key elements of financial modelling and have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Are fluent in both written and spoken English and Finnish
- Have a strong networking mindset and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Take a sales-oriented approach, are eager to identify opportunities, and contribute to business development efforts
