Role Overview:
As the Director, Service Transformation Acceleration, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the company's strategy across 37 countries in Europe. You'll collaborate with all our businesses, areas, and functions to ensure a shared vision and a unified path forward. With your leadership, we aim to transfer our strengths into strategic initiatives, execute strategies effectively, and accelerate our transformation programs to thrive in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Service strategy development
- Manage digitally enabled service transformation program
- Build the change story with strong transformation narrative
- Develop and deploy FL level transformation readiness assessments (commercial and operations excellence due diligence) in collaboration with Strategy team, Service business line, KTI, Finance and Areas
- Develop agile development and deployment models enabling scalable acceleration of service transformation program
- Develop governance model and contribute to benefit realization
- Participate in / lead selected strategic development projects
- Facilitate cross-BL strategy development and deployment in close collaboration with colleagues in other business lines
- Manage portfolio of programs and projects in strong collaboration with KTI, Global business lines and Areas/FLs, and with the help of Portfolio & Change Manager
- Working closely with SVP, Service and other Service Leadership team
- Extended member of Service Leadership
- Complex program management including constant steering and decision making
Key Qualifications and Experience:

- Leadership Experience: relevant experience in leadership roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility. While experience with profit and loss responsibility is preferred, we also appreciate diverse leadership experiences - making critical decisions, guiding organizational strategy, and achieving substantial business results. A consistent record of performance, exemplified by quantifiable achievements, project successes, and the ability to meet or exceed goals and deadlines.
- Strategic Visionary: Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. We are interested in leaders who have driven growth, enhanced profitability, or improved competitive positioning, regardless of industry.
- Domain Expertise: Strong competence and a record of accomplishment within the domain of strategy and transformation. A deep understanding of industry dynamics, emerging trends, and a history of effectively navigating and influencing within the sector.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture. Experience in building and managing diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives is highly valued.
- Transformation Projects: Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, especially within complex or rapidly changing environments. Strong ability to navigate challenges, implement change, and achieve measurable and sustainable results.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. We appreciate candidates who can articulate complex ideas clearly and engage effectively with diverse audiences, both internal and external.
- Analytical Proficiency: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of using data and metrics to inform and validate business decisions.
