Executive Assistant for our client in Helsinki

In this permanent role, you'll primarily support the CEO and assist the company in achieving its goals while ensuring efficiently daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a demanding assistant role, working with both internal and external stakeholders in a publicly traded company.
  • Proficiency in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
  • Skilled in managing communication and ensuring information flow between various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience creating various materials, including meeting agendas.
  • An independent work ethic and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the big picture and prioritize tasks.
  • Readiness to tackle diverse tasks with a swift approach.

Person we are looking for:

  • Business and service-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly and proactively.
  • Reliability and understanding of the workings of a publicly listed organization.
  • Technical proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in both Finnish and English.
