Go-To-Market Manager

We are now looking for two Go-To-Market Managers to our newly established team focusing on Fortums go-to-market strategy in the Nordics. This is a great opportunity to be able to inspire and steer the organization on its path towards a globally oriented go-to-market strategy. The positions will be filled in Sweden and Finland. 



About the role

  • Execute Fortum's go-to-market strategy for customer offerings, services and concepts, to grow and improve customer life-time value, NPS and wallet share of our consumer customer.
  • Inspire and steer the organization on its path towards a globally oriented go-to-market strategy.
  • Actively participate in a team, consisting of 3 Go-To-Market Managers, to contribute to strategic decision-making and the development of comprehensive business goals.
  • Partner with Business Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives both globally and locally in the consumer market.
  • Build Strategic roadmap for existing B2C sales channels and explore new opportunities in line with Fortum's strategy.
  • Continuously improve and develop our business processes, ways of working and performance development for go-to-market initiatives, based on results, customer feedback and data intelligence.

About you

  • Theoretical and applicable knowledge in own area of expertise, e.g. go-to-market strategy, offerings, sales and up-sales, marketing and retention processes.
  • The responsibilities that come with the role, requires 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in addition to academic education. Experience from the electricity retail industry, or similar, is an advantage.
  • Fluency both oral and written in English and Finnish/Swedish 
  • Commercial and customer centric mindset, with high drive, target orientation and inspirational attitude.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as operationally to manage execution.
  • Proven people management and collaborative skills, with demonstrated abilities to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with ability to develop high-class presentation material.
