MTV (Schibsted TV Media) is seeking a technically strong HR Solution Manager to lead and develop our HR technology landscape. This role combines solution architecture, system integrations, data governance, and HR process understanding to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable HR solutions.
You will act as a key link between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions while overseeing system architecture, integrations, operations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities

Own and develop the HR technology landscape, including architecture, integrations, workflows, and data flows.

Ensure systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business and technology strategies.

Manage application lifecycle activities, including updates, testing, deployments, and operational reliability.

Translate HR and business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Drive data quality, integration governance, and compliance with security standards.

Coordinate with vendors, developers, infrastructure, and security teams.

Maintain technical documentation and architectural transparency.
What We're Looking For

Degree in IT, HR systems, or a related field.

Several years of experience in HR systems, solution management, or application architecture.

Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, workflows, and enterprise application landscapes.

Experience with HR platforms such as Workday is a plus.

Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage.
