We are looking for a Business Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics) to join our Business Transformations team!
As a Business Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics), you work at the intersection of business process design, operating model transformation (enterprise transformation), people driven change, and modern cloud platforms, supporting clients in Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Engagement domains. This role offers flexibility to specialise in one domain or work across multiple areas, while contributing to large‑scale, business‑critical transformation programmes in complex enterprise environments.
As a Business Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics), you will
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with clients' business strategies, operating models, and ways of working
- Translate business requirements into fit‑for‑purpose, end‑to‑end process designs and system architectures
- Leverage AI capabilities and KPMG's Powered approach to drive standardisation, harmonisation, and measurable business value enabled by Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Support or lead solution design across Finance, Supply Chain Management, and/or Customer Engagement domains
- Contribute to or lead end‑to‑end delivery across implementation, rollout, optimisation, and post‑go‑live stabilisation
- Design solution architectures integrating Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, AI/Copilot, and surrounding enterprise systems
- Depending on your seniority, you will focus on hands‑on process and solution design and delivery, end‑to‑end architecture ownership, or programme leadership and client advisory. This role offers flexibility to specialise deeply in one domain or work across multiple areas, with clear opportunities to grow into broader architectural, advisory, or programme‑level leadership responsibilities.
You're a strong candidate if you have
- Higher education degree combining business and technology
- At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in one or more domains (Finance, SCM, Commerce, or Customer Engagement)
- Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP/CRM platforms support them
- Experience in consulting, systems integration, or enterprise transformation environments
- Full professional fluency in both Finnish and English
- Proven experience in leading solution areas, enterprise‑level architecture, and programme‑level design is expected
