Junior Cloud Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Cloud Specialist to join Cadmatics global Cloud and Customer Success Operations team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, operation, and automation of Cadmatics cloud environments, supporting our Design and PDM solutions used by global customers in demanding engineering and production environments.
You will work as a technically skilled specialist with a customer-oriented mindset, supporting both internal teams and selected key customers. The role combines cloud infrastructure, automation, and advanced technical support with close collaboration across product development, cloud operations, and customer success.
You will report directly to our Manager of Cloud Infrastructure & eProducts, Sakari Lähdetie, and can be based in Finland or the Netherlands. In Finland, you can work in Turku, Tampere or Kotka and in Netherlands in Groningen. We offer a flexible working model, giving you the option to work remotely or from one of our offices.
In this role, youll get to:
- Build, operate, and automate cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Citrix
- Support and develop cloud environments used by Information Management, PDM and design solutions
- Learn to provide 2nd and 3rd tier technical support for selected key customers for cloud platforms
- Act as a future trusted technical advisor for Cadmatic colleagues in customer environments
- Participate in process and service development to improve reliability, security, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product development, support, and customer success teams
Technical environment:
You will work with a modern and varied technology stack. We do not require experience in all areas, but any experience in cloud technologies or willingness to learn:
- Azure, GCP and AWS
- Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
- PowerShell, Python, Linux, Windows Servers
- Citrix and virtualized environments
- CAD or PDM
- Security, data, and automation technologies
What we wish you to have:
- A genuine willingness to help customers succeed
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured working style
- Proactive interest in modern IT infrastructure, supported by AZ-900, GCP Digital Leader, Elements of AI or other relevant proof.
- Fluent verbal and written English and Finnish/German/Dutch
- Academic studies in IT or Engineering
