À la Carte Waiter / Waitress

• The À la Carte Waiter/Waitress will work for Star Arctic Oy at a unique fell-top workplace in Saariselkä during the winter season.
• The role requires an energetic, customer-focused attitude with previous à la carte and buffet experience, confident bartending, strong communication and teamwork skills, and fluent English.
• This is a fixed-term, full-hours winter contract from November to the end of March with 112.50 hours per 3-week period, with exact dates to be confirmed.
• Salary starts from €15.00 per hour depending on experience, and the position includes optional private accommodation at €300/month plus free sports/outdoor benefits, staff events and local discounts.

What we expect from you:

• A passion for providing personalized, high-quality experiences for every guest
• Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork abilities
• A can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in à la carte and buffet service
• Experience and confidence in bartending
• Fluent English skills, as both our guests and team are international
• Previous experience working in a seasonal role in Northern Finland is considered an advantage
