Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to be the face of our guest experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a warm approach to service, and enjoy working with people.

In this role, you'll create a memorable first impression and ensure every guest feels personally welcomed. Team spirit, a calm attitude under pressure, and genuine, individual customer encounters are what we value most.

What we expect from you:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure, with strong customer-focused problem-solving skills
• A customer-centric approach
• Previous experience working in a reception role
• Experience using Mews and FareHarbor
• Fluent English skills, as English is the working language
