Fortum Consumer Solutions (CoS) is the largest electricity retail business in the Nordics, with approximately 2.2 million customers across different brands in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland and Spain. The core of our business is to provide electricity and related value-added services as well as new digital services to both private and enterprise customers. About the role
Do you want to take a key role in one of the largest consumer businesses in the Nordics? Do you want to be responsible for growth in our partner channel by developing and executing on strategy closely aligned with the business area? This is a great opportunity to shape a new role while building even stronger customer relationships. Together with the team of consumer business professionals and great colleagues across the Nordics, you will ensure that we are placing our customers in the center of everything we do.

The role will be based at one of our offices in Espoo, Stockholm, Göteborg, Oslo or Kristiansand.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible to negotiate and re-negotiate Nordic and local partnerships.
  • Develop “Consumer partner strategy” in collaboration and securing alignment across all business areas.
  • Close collaboration with business areas to define and execute on tactical and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish processes to develop existing Nordic and local partnerships.
  • Establish and develop pipeline and concepts for new Nordic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute partner sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base to both new and existing customers.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and tailor our sales activities to support it.

About you
We believe that you have 5-8 years of experience as a sales manager, marketing manager, business manager, business developer or similar roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. You are customer centric, data driven and result oriented with demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. You have leadership experience, and you are skilled in change management. Your way of working is structured and agile. Of course you are sharing and living our company values while inspiring and engaging your colleagues to perform in the best possible way. For this role, it is also preferable that you have a relevant University degree. Finally, you are fluent in English while Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish skills are considered an advantage.
