We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Mining Crusher Wears Product Line team. You will be responsible for supporting the product line management team with price and cost analyses, business development, and monthly reporting and market intelligence activities. You will collaborate and work closely with Product Line, Market Areas, Supply Chain, and support function stakeholders. Your role is crucial in implementing and driving Crusher Wears Business Line value-based pricing and business strategy, which will contribute to the Business Line success. You will report to the Mining Crusher Wears Product Line Pricing Manager in this position.

The preferred location for this position is in Espoo or Tampere, Finland.

You will join a team of crusher wear experts. We are dedicated to creating value for our customers and making the Crusher Wears Business Line successful in collaboration with our market areas and other stakeholders. We are currently working on, for example, developing and implementing new pricing models, improving our analytics capabilities, and portfolio productization. Our team culture is all about high ambition and succeeding together. We are a multinational team comprised of members based in Finland, Australia, Brazil, Chile, and Canada.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of costs, pricing, and business trends and leverage these insights to drive informed business decisions
• Take ownership of maintaining and developing monthly reports
• Create, present, and communicate reports across the organization and to various stakeholders
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve our ways of working, pricing, and business
• Collaborate and network with market areas and multiple functions
  
   

Who you are

• You have 1-2 years of work experience in a relevant field, for example, pricing, finance, business development, business intelligence, or consulting
• You have a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
• You can transform data from various sources into actionable insights
• You have confidence in presenting your work and openness to conflicting views
• You have a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
• You have full working proficiency in English
