We are now looking for a Process Controller, Fixed Assets & Leases to join our Finance and Control team for a temporary position (18-month contract). The position is located in UPM Business HUB Wroclaw, Poland or in Tampere, Finland.

What you will do
- Drive high-quality and timely execution of Fixed Assets and Leases process, taking full ownership of end-to-end process delivery and ensuring the accuracy of reported financial information in own area
- Ensure integrity, accuracy and compliance of financial and management reporting by taking full ownership and accountability
- Perform complex accounting tasks in own area, focusing especially on Fixed Assets and Leases
- Contribute to projects and process development enhancing data quality and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships to drive operational excellence
Who you are
You are a self-directed finance professional with a solution-oriented mindset. Your analytical skills, Fixed Assets and Lease process understanding and prioritizing capabilities contribute to the success of the whole team:
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in finance, preferably in accounting, taxation or business administration
- You have good knowledge and at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Fixed Assets and Leases accounting and reporting processes. Experience of similar industry and business processes are considered an asset
- You have good analytical skills and the ability to understand and conceptualize complex processes and data flows
- You have good collaboration, influencing and team working skills with a flexible, positive and proactive attitude towards change and a global work environment
- You have good IT skills. In addition to normal MS Office tools, experience of SAP and Nakisa tool are considered an asset
- You are fluent in English
