Your skills and experience

Join our team at Hycamite as a Project Manager, where you will participate and coordinate our plant delivery projects, ensuring projects progress on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success, facilitating team collaboration, and enhancing our project management processes.

Primary responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans to track progress, identify and allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining open communication and ensuring stakeholder needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and assist with contingency plans to mitigate impact on project delivery.
Quality Control: Participate in QA processes and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management practices and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job requirements
You have:

Proficient in project management software tools
M.Sc. Or B.Sc. in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least two years of experience in managing or participating in industrial projects.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
Good understanding of formal project management methodologies
Good organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficient in project management software tools
