Project Planner, Wärtsilä

• As a Project Planner you will manage equipment delivery schedules, coordinate supply chain activities, and ensure seamless execution across multiple simultaneous projects.
• The role requires a minimum of three years' experience in project scheduling or coordination in construction or energy, relevant academic background, proficiency in Primavera P6, fluent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn complex power plant processes.
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or equipment delivery projects and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment are considered advantages.
• The position starts as soon as possible, is located in Finland with visits to Vaasa, is a permanent contract through Academic Work, and the recruitment includes a personality and a cognitive test handled by Academic Work.

We are looking for

• Relevant academical background
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn complex power plant processes

It is seen as an advantage if you have:

• Understanding or background in supply chain management, logistics, or equipment delivery projects
• Proven ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
