Rubber Extrusion Operator
Location: Multiple Locations across Finland
Employment: Full-time, initial 12-month assignment
We are seeking a highly specialised Rubber Extrusion Operator with experience in continuous in-line vulcanisation processes.
Your duties

Operating extrusion and vulcanisation lines
-
Monitoring temperature, speed and process parameters

Real-time process adjustments

Maintaining product quality and production efficiency
Requirements
-
Several years of rubber extrusion experience
-
Continuous in-line vulcanisation experience is mandatory

Experience with microwave and hot-air vulcanisation systems is preferred

Good English skills

Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced production environment
Salary and employment terms
Employment follows the Finnish Rubber Industry Collective Agreement (Kumiteollisuuden TES). Depending on experience and responsibility level, expected salary ranges from**€2,800/month**, plus shift, overtime and possible production-related bonuses according to TES.
