Your role

MSAT stands for Manufacturing, Science and Technology. At MSAT, there are three core functions: Analytical development, Manufacturing process development and Process lab management. The department provides strong technical and organization leadership to effectively back up other departments in complex technical investigations, developing product control strategy and lifecycle management, designing quality into the manufacturing process and maintain quality through the product lifecycle.

In your role, you work as a part of the Analytical Development team and support Quality Control with analytical method development and validation as well as monitoring the method performance. Your primary responsibility is to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned methods. You will focus on method improvements and life cycle management. Your responsibilities also include support to root cause investigations.

The work will start June 3th or later according to the agreement. The work is done with flexible working hours between 7 am to 5 pm and from Mon-Fri. Employment type is permanent.

 

You might be a person who we are looking for if…

 

 You produce clear, easily understandable, and accurate documentation in English.

 You have good skills in analyzing data, both verbal and numeric. You are also seeking new information to solve challenges and make decisions based on the data.

 You have good problem-solving skills, but you also enjoy routine documentation work.

 Your work approach is precise, and you achieve objectives set to you in a timely manner.

 To succeed, you would need a degree in the fields of biosciences, cell biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or any other related field of study.



Instead of long working experience, we value more your desire to learn and develop as a scientist, but it is of course an advantage if you already have some experience in GMP-work and/or are familiar with quality systems. Moreover, experience in cell culture, HPLC or impurity methods such as ELISAs will help you to get into the work more easily.

In term of your working style, you are self-directed, precise and systematic. You are good at communicating and you bring joy and spread good spirit. You also easily adjust to changing situations and obtain solution-oriented mindset. The organization language in FinVector is English, so good command of both written and spoken English is a must. But first and foremost, we are looking for an easygoing colleague, who obtains a can do -attitude!
