Senior Machine Learning Engineer

You will be responsible for the data analysis, data preparation, implementation, and deployment of machine learning/deep learning models and working with our developers to build containerized releases of our software. You will also work on projects that involve Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision (CV). Projects are mainly aimed at Information Extraction from financial and business documents for further processing. Our machine learning team is small so good problem-solving capability and the ability to work independently on tasks are necessary to succeed in the job. At the same time, this will also give you a possibility to affect how the projects are developed and to shape the customer's experience. There is plenty of room for creativity and it is always warmly welcomed.

You are a good fit for the company if you have experience in at least some of the following fields:

• Implementing deep learning algorithms in PyTorch

• Experience in full-cycle ML model development (from Jupyter Notebook to deployment)

• Understanding of Math, Linear Algebra, and Statistics underlying ML algorithms

• Experience with modern CV and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques

• Creating and configuring containerized ML applications using Docker

• Hands-on programming experience with Python

• Linux systems scripting using Bash and Python

• Courage and will to explore new creative ways to solve problems with attention to details

• Business-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Knowledge or experience of Key Information Extraction task (nice to have)

• Hands-on experience with local LLMs (nice to have)

• Experience with fine-tuning local LLMs (big plus)
