- This is a permanent role based in Helsinki that requires about 50% travel across the EMEA region and willingness to work a rotational international model (6/1).
- Candidates should have 3–5 years' installation and commissioning experience in electrical works, knowledge of health, safety and quality systems, ability to read technical drawings, MS Office/Project proficiency, and fluent English.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing Eaton’s on-site operations from site preparation through construction, testing, and commissioning. You will represent Eaton and the Project Manager on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of all activities.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities (Eaton teams & subcontractors)
- Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards
- Act as the on-site representative of the Project Manager
- Lead site meetings focused on planning, safety, and coordination
- Monitor progress, resources, and performance
- Provide regular updates and highlight risks
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Identify and document additional work or scope changes
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in installation & commissioning
- Experience managing electrical works on construction sites (medium to large scale)
- Knowledge of health, safety, and quality management systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Experience with MS Office and MS Project
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to work in a rotational international model (6/1)
