Summer trainee, Solution Manager
to our Functions Shared IT team in Espoo. We are a team of 20 professionals dedicated to support IT services for Financial, HR, Procurement, Engineering, Technology and Innovation, Corporate Safety, Real Estate business units.

Your role during the summer
As a Summer Trainee within the Functions IT Solution team, you will focus on operative tasks across our IT solutions portfolio. You will support the team in critical projects, such as Data Migration, and provide day-to-day operational assistance to our Solution Managers. This role involves close cooperation with our ICT suppliers, offering a great vantage point into partner management.
While you will primarily work alongside our experts, you will step up as a key point of contact during the summer holiday season. To ensure your success, you will receive a comprehensive knowledge transfer (KT) designed to deepen your technical expertise in the ICT sector.

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.
The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
