System Manager, Product Team
We are looking for a System Manager to join our Product Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and oversight of selected IT systems supporting our product organization.
This is a key role combining system management, DevOps leadership, and hands-on technical support. You will work closely with IT, application development teams, external vendors, and the CTO to ensure that our systems, tools, and DevOps capabilities support business and product development needs effectively and securely.
Your responsibilities
As a System Manager, you will:

Lead the DevOps function and platform in cooperation with the service vendor

Define and drive the future direction of DevOps development

Support application teams with DevOps design, implementation, and guidance

Build and develop DevOps capabilities for the product line’s applications

Own the Mipro DevOps toolchain, including cybersecurity-related tools
-
Perform system administration tasks for selected product line IT systems
-
Monitor developments in relevant technologies, especially within DevOps
-
Collaborate closely with external vendors, such as the DevOps platform vendor
-
Lead application-related DevOps development together with application teams
-
Lead the DevSecPrivOps steering group

Produce and maintain related guidance, training materials, and documentation
What we expect from you
To succeed in this role, you should have:

An academic degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent)

At least 4 years of experience in similar roles
-
Strong and in-depth understanding of DevOps technologies
-
Good understanding of software development and software development processes

Strong knowledge of ITSM / ITIL
-
High-level system administration skills in both Windows and Linux environments

At least a basic understanding of cloud technologies
-
A valid right to work in Finland
