As our Tech Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our growing business makes the best technical decisions for long-term success. You possess a deep understanding of how modern software teams operate and will play a crucial role in shaping our team's structure and processes. You prioritize code readability and are well-versed in writing meaningful test cases. Leveraging AWS serverless technologies is second nature to you, and you recognize the vital role that infrastructure plays in application development. You are a visionary, an architect, and a hands-on coder, always pushing the boundaries and setting the bar high.

 In order to succeed in the task, the following will help:

• Craftsmanship attitude to development
• Strong software development skills in multiple programming languages (eg. TypeScript, Kotlin, Java, Python, Golang)
• Experience how to utilize AWS serverless technologies (eg. Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway, Eventbridge, Aurora, AppSync)
• Ability to communicate in Finnish and English
