What your future looks like at Accountor 

In your role as a Technical Customer Support Advisor, you get to help our customers succeed with the solutions we provide. You provide guidance, advice, and solutions over the phone, email, and chat. Your day will involve responding to questions related to e-invoicing, e-payroll, and EDI messages. You will be using SQL queries and have the opportunity to learn more about the world of e-invoicing. 
 
Customer service doesn't always come with ready-made instructions for every situation. Therefore, we expect you to be a persistent and curious person who wants to find the right solution for each customer. You want to create excellent customer encounters, and you have an enthusiastic and open attitude. We assist our customers in the Finnish language, and our corporate language is English. 
 
You will enjoy working with us if you want to work in a solution-oriented manner and take independent responsibility for your work. In Elina's team, we have a great atmosphere and help each other out, even though we work with a flexible hybrid model. With 12 people in the team, collaboration is key. For the team, the most interesting aspect of the job is solving technical issues and getting into the nitty-gritty of technology. This would be the perfect starting point for someone truly interested in the IT field! 
 
Your team consists of experts on our solutions who will support you in succeeding in this role. The team of eleven is located at our headquarters in Espoo but we also have locations in Tampere, Turku, Oulu, Jyväskylä, and Stockholm. The onboarding will happen at our Espoo office and there might be some other common events in Espoo. This is a temporary position until the end of November 2024.

What we need from you

  • You have technical expertise through studies/work experience/hobbies
  • You would like to help our customers over the phone
  • You have previous experience in customer service or in technical roles
  • You are familiar with SQL and database queries
  • Finnish language skills
  • English language skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and autonomous way of working

What we would also like from you

  • Knowledge of message queue handling and basic Linux-commands or experience with command prompt
