Buffet Waiter

• Star Arctic Oy is hiring buffet waiters for a full-season role (early December–end March) and a Christmas position (mid-November–end December) based in Wiltsu.
• The role includes buffet service, assisting in the kitchen, handling practical tasks and responding to unexpected situations while working both independently and as part of a team.
• Applicants must have buffet service experience, fluent English, a valid driving licence with access to a car, strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fixed-term contracts are offered with full hours (112.5 hours/3 weeks for full season; 90 hours/3 weeks for Christmas), accommodation available (private room €300/month) and salary starting from €15.00/hour depending on experience, plus outdoor benefits and staff discounts.

• 1 position for the Christmas period (from mid-November until the end of December)

We’re looking for a Breakfast buffet waiter with an energetic mindset, who is capable for independent work and knows what means a good teamwork.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from the early hours of the morning, helping to create a positive start to the day for both our guests and your colleagues.

As one of the first team members our guests meet each morning, you play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will also ensure that the breakfast buffet is well-stocked and presented throughout the service, while maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant.

• Previous experience in buffet service
• Bar experience is considered an advantage
• Fluent English skills
• A valid driver’s license and access to a car are an advantage but not required
