Pricing Analyst

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to analyze profitability and implement data-driven actions with the given support from the team. You will assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies while taking accountability for assigned market areas, monitoring regional trends and performance. Additionally, you will contribute to daily pricing operations such as new price setting and daily price requests. 

What are your key responsibilities:

• Daily Pricing Operations & Support: You set new prices and manage daily price requests and exceptions from business and market areas on a case-by-case basis.

• Price Implementation & Updates: You support periodical list price updates and implement customer agreement prices in collaboration with business and market areas.

• Service & Discount Analysis: You analyze and apply discounts for services customers in line with established pricing strategies and policies.

• Data Management & Tool Optimization: You maintain pricing data accuracy in the ERP system and update pricing tools based on analyses of spare parts and services.

• Methodology & Process Improvement: You analyze pricing methodologies to ensure they match correct price segments while contributing to their continuous improvement.

• Regional Profitability Monitoring: You monitor regional profitability and support margin improvement initiatives, including spare parts pricing, hourly rates, and discount structures.

• Performance Reporting: You prepare regular pricing performance reports to track and communicate business metrics.

What you bring to the role:

• Advanced Academic Background: You hold a Master's degree with a commercial or technical background.

• Relevant Pricing Experience: You bring 1-3 years of pricing experience to the team, demonstrating a solid foundation in the field.

• Language & Communication Skills: You are fluent in English, with any additional languages considered a distinct advantage.

• Financial & Pricing Proficiency: You possess a good understanding of pricing principles and basic financial concepts.

• Technical Toolset: You are highly proficient with advanced Excel or Google Sheets and have working knowledge of ERP systems.

• Structured & Detail-Oriented Mindset: You approach your work with a high level of organization and a focus on accuracy.

• Independent Priority Management: You have the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
