Spare Parts Coordinator

Tampere Supply Center is around 90 persons organization serving global deliveries of Automation Products.

We are now looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator, to join our team of spare parts delivery experts. You will work together with different departments inside our supply chain and your daily activities will include order handling, taking care of delivery times and active communication with different stakeholders such as production, purchasing and shipping teams. In this role you will have a very important role in ensuring smooth and on time delivery process of spare parts.

You will be located in our Tampere office. This position is temporary for one year.

Requirements

We expect you to have a suitable education, degree in engineering, economics or business administration. Experience in shipping or order handling related tasks as well as knowledge about ERP systems will be considered an asset. This position is also suitable for junior talents if you have the willingness to grow, learn and develop with us but you don't yet have that much experience from this field!

You have an independent working style with the willingness and flexibility to help your colleagues reach team targets. You are a person with interest to work with and contribute to the development of global spare part delivery processes. You have a precise, accurate and systematic approach to problem solving. In this position, you will need to have good skills in MS Office tools.

You are also fluent in English and Finnish, both written and spoken.
