Technical Product Owner

Job Summary:

As a Technical Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of developing wireless connectivity solutions for Mirion products while ensuring the seamless integration of existing telemetry technologies. Your role will involve driving innovation, overseeing technical design, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring our connectivity vision to life. From gathering requirements to guiding testing and certification activities, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Mirion's digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of connectivity solutions, from requirement collection to defining software/ hardware solutions.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, supporting engineering efforts and regulatory certifications.
  • Serve as the connectivity expert, supporting new product development teams and ensuring seamless integration.
  • Foster effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, driving efficiency and excellence.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance.
  • Support bid and proposal activities, providing expertise in cost and scheduling estimation.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in defining and implementing wireless connectivity solutions.
  • Track record of developing cost-effective solutions for new projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and make timely decisions.
  • A commitment to continuous process improvement.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, proficiency in Finnish is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in software, electronics, telecommunications, or related field.
  • This role does not involve direct supervisory responsibilities. In this role you report to Senior R&D Manager located in Turku.
