AINS Project Development Unit helps public clients, property owners and private investors and developers to identify the most promising development and investment targets, and to find the best strategy for their property development projects and to develop their properties. Examples of our wide range of project development assignments include various real estate development strategies, conversions, residential development projects, hotels, sports projects, various master planning projects and complicated hybrid projects.
As a member of our team, you get to participate in our interesting real estate development projects and develop the services of our project development unit.
As a Real Estate Analyst, you will contribute to the financial planning and management of our diverse projects. Your tasks will include potential studies, investment calculations, analyses, valuations, and surveys related to real estate development projects. You will analyze the real estate market and market data in an independent and proactive manner. You will be fluent in Excel and PowerBI, as well as geospatial tools. You are able to formulate your calculations and reports into high quality presentations for our clients. You will receive professional support from our experienced project development unit of nine people, and in return you will bring your real estate expertise to our team.
Our unit operates nationwide from our offices in Espoo and Tampere, and we can also get you involved in international projects. You can work in either Espoo or Tampere. You can also take advantage of our flexible telecommuting options.
To succeed in this role, you need a curious mind, accuracy, analytical skills and a willingness to develop in your work. We expect you to have the courage to bring your skills to the table and the ability to ask others for help, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We require previous experience in real estate development and a strong understanding of real estate economics. The position requires an appropriate educational background, you are either an MBA (e.g. accounting or finance) or a Diploma in Construction/Real estate Engineering (e.g. real estate economics, production economics, construction production). You may be a young up-and-coming talent or already have some experience in the field. Your job description and salary will be determined based on your experience and skills. Finnish and English will be required in your work as working languages.
