We're looking for a Solution Architect to join us at Telia.
I'm Marton Sabli, Head of the Architecture & Roadmap team, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward‑thinking team focused on designing secure, scalable and future‑proof OSS, IT Production and Cybersecurity architecture across Telia countries.
What you'll do
You will own and drive end‑to‑end solution architecture for critical fulfillment, inventory and network build domains, ensuring secure and resilient service delivery.

Develop end‑to‑end solution architectures for Fulfillment, Service Order Management, Service & Resource Inventory, and Network Build solutions

Design architectural flows from customer order to service activation, aligned to target architecture, reference architecture and roadmaps

Act as a Solution Architect for Network Build orchestration and automation, including work orders, resource build flows, and integration with construction and field service management systems

Drive the AI introduction in this Technology domain to Increase Autonomous NW operations

Collaborate within ART (Agile Release Train) with business architects, product management and cross functional teams to ensure architectural compliance and value delivery
What will help you thrive in this role
You combine domain expertise with stakeholder collaboration and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on solution design.

Working experience in solution architecture within telecom or large-scale IT environments, particularly OSS/BSS and end-to-end service delivery

Experience and knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Fulfillment, Service & Resource Order Management, Inventory solutions, or Network Build / Network Creation

Programing experience in at least one major programing language e.g. Java, Python, Java Script and experience in GitHub Copilot

Solid experience working in agile environments, including ARTs, PI (Product increment) planning, and architectural governance at epic and feature levels

A relevant university degree in Computer Science or equivalent
