We are looking for an Event Marketing and Sales Tools Manager to own the event marketing agenda and sales tools for our three packaging business areas. As part of the Marketing Engagement team, you will collaborate closely with marketing colleagues and sales functions to deliver great customer experiences and drive business growth through events.
We are seeking someone enthusiastic who thrives in a social, collaborative environment and can efficiently coordinate the many tasks involved in event marketing. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining our sales tool portfolio, including presentations, toolkits, samples, and printed materials, and ensuring that all sales presentations in our interface are up to date.
Your responsibilities:
- End to end ownership of the event agenda in packaging materials Business Areas according to Stora Enso brand
- Select, plan, execute and analyse face-to-face events to global audience
- Manage the event budget, sales team participation and customer invitation process
- Coordinate the event infrastructure with a selected event partner
- Collaborate with marketing engagement team and sales functions for holistic customer experience
- Analyze the overall performance of events based on data
- Coordinate the post-event lead handling process efficiently
- Evaluate, create, develop and maintain key sales presentations
- Admin for Sales Frame, our digital interface for sales presentations
- Representative / admin for Brand Management Tool (interface for visuals) for our three Packaging BA's.
- Develop, update and coordinate storing, distribution and ordering of physical product samples and tool kits.
- Responsible for printed materials and distribution
What you bring
You are enthusiastic, proactive, and agile, with a customer-centric mindset. You thrive in a collaborative environment, can stay calm under pressure, and have a good visual eye for creating engaging event and sales materials. You are highly structured and efficient in your work, with strong project management skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
In addition, you bring:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in end-to-end event ownership
- Experience developing sales presentations, toolkits, and other creative materials
- Budget management and vendor coordination experience
- Willingness to travel and participate in events
- Experience from large, global companies and the packaging industry (advantage)
- Excellent English; German or French is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Suite (beneficial)
The Event Marketing & Sales Tools Manager is part of the Marketing Engagement team at Stora Enso and reports to Head of Marketing Engagement.
Locations: Stockholm, Helsinki, Central Europe
