Financial Controller, with Gold Operations Oversight

Key responsibilities include:
-Preparing detailed financial reports on the performance and profitability of acquisitions, both
in-office and by field agents
-Calculating and validating commission payments for agents based on completed transactions
-Managing and reconciling inventory data across all levels to ensure accurate stock monitoring
-Overseeing financial reporting related to gold purchases and sales
-Ensuring high standards of financial documentation and compliance with internal processes

In addition to financial responsibilities, the role includes oversight of gold-related processes to ensure
alignment between recorded and physical inventory.

Secondary responsibilities include:
-Supporting the gold assessment process and assisting the gold team as needed
-Verifying that reported materials match physical stock and that quantities are accurately
recorded
-Maintaining consistency and accuracy in gold-related data entry and reporting

This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex
financial data while ensuring the operational integrity of gold-related processes.
