As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with bookings, and ensuring every visitor receives excellent service.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in customer service, Hospitality / tourism / hotel front desk, and familiarity with booking systems. Fluent in English (required), additional languages are highly valued (especially Italian, French, Spanish, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools). Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays often required)
